Enquiry and specification
You share destination, volume, grade and pack requirement. We revert with availability and indicative pricing.
Samples and sign-off
Samples or full specification sheets are approved before any production is committed.
Proforma invoice
Commercial terms, incoterm, payment mode and shipment window are confirmed in writing.
Collection and grading
Eggs are lifted from contracted units and graded, candled and crack-screened to the agreed spec.
Pre-shipment inspection
Batch checks, veterinary inspection and buyer or third-party inspection where required.
Packing and stuffing
Trays and master cartons are palletised and stuffed into a pre-cooled reefer at the agreed set point.
Documentation
Health certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading, invoice and packing list issued and couriered.
Sailing and arrival
Live tracking, temperature records on request, and support until the container clears at your port.
