What is your minimum order quantity?
One 20 ft reefer container, approximately 150,000 eggs. Mixed-grade loading within a container is possible, and trial orders can be discussed for first-time buyers.
Which incoterms do you work on?
FOB and CFR are standard from Indian ports. CIF and DAP can be quoted where the destination and route allow.
What are your payment terms?
Advance payment or an irrevocable letter of credit at sight against documents. Terms for repeat programmes are agreed case by case.
What is the typical lead time?
Ten to fifteen days from confirmed order to sailing, subject to vessel schedule. Repeat programmes on a fixed calendar ship faster.
Can we receive samples before ordering?
Yes. Sample cartons with full specification and grading records can be couriered, with courier cost to the buyer.
Do you offer private-label packaging?
Yes. Buyer artwork can be printed on trays, sleeves and master cartons, with batch code, grading date and origin marking as required.
What temperature is maintained in transit?
Reefer containers are pre-cooled and held between 5 and 8 °C by default. The set point is fixed with you per destination, and temperature records are available on request.
How many eggs fit in a shipping container?
A 40 ft reefer holds approximately 360,000 eggs (about 1,000 cartons of 360). A 20 ft reefer holds approximately 150,000 eggs (about 420 cartons).
Which countries do you export table eggs to?
The UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Somalia, Yemen and Djibouti, among others.
