MOQ

The minimum order quantity is the smallest shipment we can load efficiently, and for eggs that is a single container.

In short: MOQ, the minimum order quantity, is one 20 ft reefer, approximately 236,160 eggs, with mixed-grade loading possible.

MOQ stands for minimum order quantity: the smallest volume a supplier will accept for a single shipment. For table-egg export the practical minimum is a full container, because eggs ship in temperature-controlled reefers and a part-filled box is neither cost-effective nor safe for the cargo. Our MOQ is one 20 ft reefer, approximately 236,160 eggs, which works out to around 656 master cartons of 360.

Within that container, mixed-grade loading is possible, so a single order can combine, for example, Medium and Large white eggs to cover several lines or customers. First-time buyers who want to test the product before committing to repeating volumes can discuss a trial order on this basis. Larger programmes typically run multiples of 40 ft reefers on a fixed calendar, which also shortens lead time compared with one-off orders. Quoting your monthly volume in reefers helps us plan supply and pricing accurately.
