The carton math
Everything starts from the master carton: 360 eggs, made up of 12 moulded trays of 30. From there, loadability is a function of how many cartons fit a container and the stowage plan.
40 ft reefer
A 40 ft reefer takes roughly 1,000 master cartons, or about 360,000 eggs. This is the standard unit for full-programme buyers.
20 ft reefer
A 20 ft reefer takes roughly 420 cartons, or about 150,000 eggs — which is also our minimum order. It suits trial orders and smaller repeating programmes.
