Layers of protection
Protection is built in layers: moulded trays cushion each egg, master cartons of 360 eggs hold the trays, and pallets keep cartons stable against vibration and stacking loads through the voyage.
Reducing breakage on arrival
Breakage is margin lost. Every batch passes acoustic crack detection before packing, and brown eggs' thicker shells add resistance on long chains. See our brown table eggs and quality process.
Labelling
Cartons carry buyer artwork, batch code, grading date and origin marking as required — useful for retail and for traceability. Full detail on packing and logistics and private label.
